The Family Running Calendar

Staying fit and focused for my family involves creating the frameworks RunningCalendar.jpgthey'll use to maintain their lifelong fitness strategy.  One technique that's worked well for me is a running calendar.  Easy to follow and always there as motivation, the family running calendar is s reliable tool for creating those lifelong fitness habits.

Earlier this week I mentioned Racewire’s note about the South Shore Half Marathon.  With that date confirmed, it’s time to establish a training regimen.

My training will revolve around the 13.1 mile distance, but regardless of distance the approach is the same: establish a routine and cement good habits to maintain your fitness strategy.
